Only seeing 127GB, not 137GB as I have read it should since its a 200GB HDD, and only 125GB is available from the beginning Games total size not matching the diference between HDD size and HDD free. ex. 7GB of games loaded, HDloader calculating that I have used 11GB.

Even the latest patched HDLoader wouldn't be able to use the full mem, huh...

I have the same spec as far as PS2 version and HDD. This is what you need to do:

-Buy a External HDD Enclosure.
-Connect your HDD to PC via External Enclosure
-Download and install Winhiip
-Launch Winhiip and format drive using 48LBA option
-If system is unmodded, download files & program to make to MC Exploit and make image of it and install it into HDD via Winhiip (make sure to include the patched HDloader elf file (google MC Exploit to learn more)
-If system is modded, download the HDLoader image and burn to disc
-Disconnect HDD from PC and connect to PS2
-Boot HDLoader using either method
-HDD will boot and size can be seen on the HDLoader menu

186 GB is the fullsize. You have to consider the fact that the real size of 1 GB is 1,024 MB (not 1,000 MB). A lot of people get confuse. If you use the original HDLoader disc, you will not get full disk space
