| This drive works PERFECT with HD Advance 3.0. The only way I have made a DVD-9 game work was by using DVD Decrypter to create an .iso image, then use WinHIIP to "install" the game to the PS2 HD. HDL Dumb did NOT work for me. Also, after formatting the HD with HD Advance 3.0 the displayed capacity was about 189 GB, which is completely normal. Drive fits perfect, runs very quietly, and loads games quickly. I found that some CD-Rom games like Dave Mirra 2 played smoother. Highly recommend this drive!! I found it at Staples for $70 with a $20 mail in rebate. Can't beat $50 for a 200 GB drive! Good luck and have fun! |
