| pulled the drive out of the box put it in my ps2 and it worked right away no problems also I have a dms3 chip in my v9 ps2 |

| I was wondering if it was IDE or ATA because i read up on some stuff saying that it only worked in the IDE hard drives. |

| It says its ATA-133, but I don't believe that only ATA drives work, since ATA and IDE seem to be similar. At any rate, make sure you change it to Master and it'll work in your PS2. |
